Terms of Service — PinkPanda Assistant

These Terms govern use of PinkPanda Assistant("the Service"), provided by PinkPanda ("we", "us") to its business clients ("you").

1. The Service

PinkPanda Assistant is an AI assistant that, with your authorization, manages your Google Calendar and stores/attaches session summaries and documents in your Google Drive, on your behalf, via chat (e.g. WhatsApp). The Service is configured and operated by PinkPanda per client.

2. Authorization & your account

You grant access through Google's OAuth consent. You are responsible for the accuracy of instructions you give the assistant and for the Google account you connect. You may revoke access at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or to instruct it to act on accounts or data you are not authorized to access. The assistant acts only on your own connected account.

4. Data & privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. Data accessed via Google APIs is used only to provide the Service, is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models (see the Limited Use disclosure in the Privacy Policy).

5. Fees

Fees, scope, and billing are set out in your individual proposal / agreement with PinkPanda.

6. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is." We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service assists with administrative tasks; you remain responsible for your professional, legal, and record-keeping obligations (including any clinical, tax, or invoicing compliance). To the extent permitted by law, PinkPanda is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate per the individual agreement. On termination, the assistant's access to your Google account is revoked.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
